- An issued shipping label will be charged regardless of whether or not it has been used for actual shipping.
- The contents of issued shipping labels cannot be cancelled or changed, therefore you will need to void them if any change is necessary. (Voided shipments will still be counted for the billing)
- The registration date will become the monthly deadline/billing date.
- The day on which the fee will be debited from your account will vary depending on your credit card.

Q. How do I pay?
A. You can only pay via credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot process payments via bank transfers and other similar methods.
Q. Where do I pay the shipping fee?
A. Please pay the shipping fee directly to each shipping company. There is no invoice from Ship&co concerning the fee for the usage of each shipping company.
Q. When will I be billed?
A. You will be billed once a month, to your registered credit card. The day when you select your plan is the first day of your billing cycle. This applies to all new customers, as well as any existing customers who are migrating from any existing plan prior to March 21, 2019.
For the Pay-as-You-Go plan, you will be billed at the end of your monthly billing cycle, based on your actual shipment volumes for the month.
For the Monthly Value plan, you will be billed at the start of your monthly billing cycle for your monthly fees, and any additional usage for the month above your plan’s shipment volumes will be billed at the start of your next billing cycle.
