Q. Which shops support synchronized orders?
A. At the present (2019.11), Shopify, eBay, Base, Yahoo! Shopping, Prestashop, Magento 2, WooCommerce, Amazon, Next Engine, Color Me Shop, Etsy, and TradeGecko are the supported platforms.
Q. Can I use Ship&co with other shipping tools?
A. Yes. There is no technical problem if you ship your orders using some other tools while you use Ship&co.
Q. If a shipping label is issued with Ship&co, will the order status change to "Shipped" automatically?
A. On the "Shops" setting page, there is a "synchronization setting" which can automatically change the order status. If this option is selected, at the same time the shipping label is issued, the order status on the shop page is changed to "shipped/fulfilled".
You also have an option of fulfilling the order from Ship&co at any time after shipping label creation, by not choosing the auto-fulfillment setting. Please see this page for further information.
Q. When issuing a shipping label with Ship&co, will the email be delivered automatically to the customer?
A. Only for Shopify, there is a "synchronization setting" which can automatically send a shipping notification email to your customers from your Shopify store. The email is sent at the same time as Ship&co updates the order status as "Shipped/Fulfilled" in Shopify.
