For those who already have Yubin Biz Card (ゆうびんビズカード) contract with Japan Post, you can simply follow these steps and register your Japan Post account to ship with Ship&co. In this article, we will provide a list of the Japan Post domestic services that are supported by Ship&co.
Supported Japan Post Domestic Shipping Services
Ship&co supports Japan Post domestic shipping services: Yu-Pack and Yu-Packet. These two services are widely used to ship ecommerce parcels in Japan. Below, you'll see samples of what each service's shipping label would look like in Ship&co.
Yu-Pack
- Regular Yu-Pack (ゆうパック)
- Chilled/Refrigerated Yu-Pack (チルドゆうパック)
- Frozen Yu-Pack (冷凍ゆうパック)
Shipping Label Sheet: Yu-pack shipping label must be printed on the special paper “ユ00783” (A4 size). To obtain this special paper, please contact your nearest post office.
Note: With some printers you can utilize the bottom half after printing one Yu-pack label, by cutting along the dotted line in the middle.

Preferred Delivery Date/Time Selection Service
You can either leave this option as anytime if your customer doesn't specific preferable shipping time or select the preferred delivery time as follow:

Cash On Delivery (Daibiki) Option
If you offer a cash on delivery payment option for your online store, you can use Ship&co to create a cash-on-delivery shipping label. Please make sure to make a cash on delivery agreement with Japan Post in advance. For further information about how to print a cash-on-delivery shipping label, follow this guideline.
Note: The pay on delivery (着払い) option is not supported by Ship&co.
Yu-Packet
Ship&co supports the following shipping options of Yu-Packet services offered by Japan Post.
- Regular Service (陸便)
- Preferred Delivery Date Selection (配達日の指定)
- Same-Day Delivery (当日配達便)
- Next-Day Delivery (翌配ワイド)
Shipping Label Sheet: This Yu-Packet shipping label is compatible with the commercially available tack label (2x5), or Yu-Packet Exclusive Sheet (Yu00582). To obtain this special paper, please contact your nearest post office.
