With Ship&co, Shopify's order status is updated as "Fulfilled" at either 1) when a shipping label is created for a Shopify order, or 2) when the "Fulfill" button on the Shipments page is clicked at any time after a shipping label is created.
In order for Shopify to automatically send shipping notification emails to your customers at the timing above, the following settings must be enabled.
- On the "Shops" page, click "Edit" for the Shopify store you have.
- In "Sync settings", please tick "Enable Shopify to send the Shipping Confirmation email automatically after an order is fulfilled." and save the setting.
When the Shopify order status becomes "Fulfilled" using API integration with Ship&co, Shopify will not send a shipping notification email to your customers, unless you have the above setting active. Please also note that the email cannot be sent individually from the Shopify admin screen.
