Connecting your eBay accounts to Ship&co is quick and easy, and allows you to streamline your shipping process and manage all of your orders in one central place. You can add multiple eBay stores to Ship&co, automatically sync orders, print shipping label, and sync tracking number to eBay.
Connect eBay to Ship&co
To connect eBay to Ship&co, follow the steps below:
- On the Shops page, click on the eBay icon.
- Input the necessary information:
Name to display for this account: Please name your eBay store. You can add multiple eBay stores in your Ship&co account, and you will be able to filter orders by eBay store name.
Warehouse settings: If you have multiple shippers (warehouses) information in Ship&co, please select the default address to ship your eBay orders.
Sync settings:
Automatically fulfill the order on eBay:
Enabling this setting will update the order status as "Fulfilled" on order page in eBay Seller Hub and synchronize the tracking number back to eBay store at the time of shipping label creation in Ship&co. You also have an option of fulfilling the order from Ship&co at any time after shipping label creation. Please refer to this page for more information about the settings. - After completing the aforementioned sections, click Save.
- Input your eBay store login information and click Sign in.
You will be redirected to ebay.com URL. This is compatible with any eBay store login credentials.
After the connection is completed, the order information is then synchronized to the Orders list.
Note: If you have multiple eBay accounts, you can connect them all to Ship&co by repeating these steps for each account. This allows you to manage all of your orders from a single dashboard, regardless of which eBay account they originate from.
If there is a Grant Application Access page appear, click I Agree to continue.
Note: If you have set up two-step verification for your eBay app, you may encounter difficulty completing your store registration. If this occurs, please disable two-step verification and try the registration process again.
