Easily manage domestic (if available in your country) and international shipments with your DHL account in Ship&co. You can create shipping labels using your DHL discounted contract to ship orders quickly.
What you’ll need to add a DHL account to Ship&co:
• API Key (Site ID) and API Secret (Password) from DHL Dev. Portal (see our instructions here)
• DHL Account Number
Follow these steps to add your DHL account to Ship&co:
1. Go to the Carriers page settings in Ship&co and click on the DHL icon.
2. Enter your credentials:
• Display Name: Assign a name to your DHL account for better management. If you have multiple accounts, set different names for each. If left blank, the account number will be the default.
• API Key & Password: Enter the Site ID and Password obtained from DHL Express.
• DHL Account Number: Input your 9-digit DHL account number.
3. Return Labels (optional): You can create return labels with your export labels. Check the box to enable, and enter your 9-digit DHL import account number.
Additional Settings for DHL in Ship&co:
• Label Settings: If you wish to hide your DHL account number on shipping labels, tick “Hide account number on label.”
• Package Types: Select from available DHL packing materials to use in your orders.
• Print Settings: Choose your printer and label format:
• Laser/Inkjet Printers: A4 (PDF)
• Thermal Printers: 4x6 inches or 4x8 inches (PDF or ZPL). Note: For ZPL, you need an additional tool. If you are not familiar with ZPL file, we recommend you to use PDF file to print a thermal label on Zebra or other printers.
