The estimated fare displayed in Ship&co when shipping labels are issued may differ from the actual invoiced amount.
The reasons are listed below:
- The size/weight of the cargo you entered is different to the actual data (measurements performed by the shipping company themselves).
- When the consignee requests the shipping company to change the delivery destination address after the cargo has already shipped.
- When a surcharge such as a remote delivery fee, or prescribed foreign currency fee occurs: generally, due to API cooperation, the fee information displayed is correct. However, since the billing target, and the cargo information/area is updated day by day, there may be a time difference in the information updated and displayed by API. As a result, there is a possibility that you will be charged for a surcharge which was not displayed when the shipping label was issued.
