To begin using Ninja Van on Ship&co, you will need an existing post-paid contract with Ninja Van.
If you do not have an existing post-paid contract with Ninja Van, please request to Ninja Van team, by emailing sg-sales@ninjavan.co.
If you have one, add Ninja Van on Ship&co by going to Ship&co dashboard, and from "Carriers" page, click the Ninja Van logo.
You'll need to provide 3 input:
1. Your email address registered with Ninja Van
2. Country of your Ninja Van account
3. Your company name registered with Ninja Van
You can add more than 1 Ninja Van account (e.g., 1 Singapore account, and 1 Malaysia account), but you'll need to add 1 at a time separately.
Once added, it will take 1-2 days for us to activate Ninja Van, as we need to verify your account with Ninja Van. Once activated, you will receive a confirmation email from us to begin using Ninja Van on Ship&co.
