To save even more time on shipping, you can choose to create multiple shipments in a batch, rather than one by one.
To do so, go to the "Orders" page on your Ship&co dashboard, and click the tick box on the right side of the orders you wish to ship with your carrier.
You will see that the orders you have ticked appear on the top:
You can edit your parcel weight here if you would like, and click the delivery service for which you will issue the selected batch of shipments. The delivery service you click will be applied to the entire batch of shipments.
Upon successful issuance, go to the "Batches" page, where you will find the shipping labels for your batch of shipments in 1 combined PDF file, as well as the files of the labels one by one. You will also see the record of each shipment on the "Shipments" page.
Please be aware of the following points regarding the batch printing feature:
- As for the order in which the batch label files are created, the PDF labels are created and displayed in the order of "the earliest one first" policy depending on the system integration with the shipping carrier you use. Controlling this order (= displaying labels in correspondence to the original order number, or in the order of selection for the batch) causes each to wait for their turn, leading to a significant reduction in the speed of Ship&co's performance and a burden on the system. Therefore, unfortunately, it will not be possible.
- You can select up to 50 orders at one time for a batch.
- The batch printing history that can be displayed on the "Batches" page is limited to the last 15 in order to prevent system overload due to displaying a large amount of data.
