Before you create your first Ninja Van shipment, make sure you have done the following 2 steps:
Once you have completed the 2 steps, click the "Orders" page on your Ship&co dashboard. You will be able to see all your orders from your selected online shop automatically added to this page. If you prefer to upload an order directly, you can create a single shipment or upload a CSV file as well.
Select an order of your choice. You'll see that the order details would be reflected automatically (order name, item details, destination name and address, etc).
To request a pickup for the shipment, tick the "pickup" box.
You can also choose not to check the "pickup" option. This means that you will be dropping off the parcel yourself at any of Ninja Van's PUDO (Pick Up / Drop Off) points.
If you select "pickup", you can choose to set the pickup and delivery date and time by clicking "see all options".
Or you can also leave the delivery date and pick up date blank. This simply means that Ninja Van will pick up at the earliest available time (either the day itself or the next day), and deliver at the earliest available time, based on the shipping method you selected.
You can also ask Ninja Van to help collect cash on delivery, by specifying the amount, and you can also leave a delivery note to the delivery man (e.g., "Please leave the parcel with the reception of the office building").
Next, issue the shipment by clicking the printer icon on the bottom right, and selecting the shipping method of your choice.
There are 2 shipping methods available. Standard (takes around 3 days), or Next day delivery.
Once issued, you will be directed to the next page, where you will find the shipping label as well as the commercial invoice.
