How to ship your orders with Ninja Van

Preliminary steps

Before you create your first Ninja Van shipment, make sure you have done the following 2 steps:

1) Added Ninja Van on Ship&co

2) Added your online shop on Ship&co

Once you have completed the 2 steps, click the "Orders" page on your Ship&co dashboard. You will be able to see all your orders from your selected online shop automatically added to this page. If you prefer to upload an order directly, you can create a single shipment or upload a CSV file as well.

Select an order of your choice. You'll see that the order details would be reflected automatically (order name, item details, destination name and address, etc).

Shipping options

There are various shipping options available for Ninja Van.

1. Pick-up

To request a pickup for the shipment, tick the "pickup" box.

You can also choose not to check the "pickup" option. This means that you will be dropping off the parcel yourself at any of Ninja Van's PUDO (Pick Up / Drop Off) points.

If you select "pickup", you can choose to set the pickup and delivery date and time by clicking "see all options".

You can also leave the delivery date and pick up date blank. This simply means that Ninja Van will pick up at the earliest available time (either the day itself or the next day), and deliver at the earliest available time, based on the shipping method you selected.

2. Cash on delivery

You can also ask Ninja Van to help collect cash on delivery, by specifying the amount.

3. Delivery note

You can leave a delivery note to the delivery man (e.g., "Please leave the parcel with the reception of the office building") by typing in the text box provided.

4. Return labels

You can issue a return label at the same time by ticking the "Return label" option. This means that when your shipping label is created, a return label will also be generated at the same time. You can pass this label to your customer. If they choose to utilize the label, you will be charged for the return shipment fee by Ninja Van. If not utilized, there will be no shipping charges.

Shipping methods and label creation

Next, issue the shipment by clicking the printer icon on the bottom right, and selecting the shipping method of your choice.

There are 2 shipping methods available. Standard (takes around 3 days), or Next day delivery.

Once issued, you will be directed to the next page, where you will find the shipping label as well as the commercial invoice.
