Connect Amazon marketplace to Ship&co
To connect Amazon marketplace to Ship&co, follow the steps below:
- On the Shops page, click on the Amazon icon.
- Input the necessary information:
Name to display for this account: Please name your Amazon store. You can add multiple Amazon stores in your Ship&co account, and you will be able to filter orders by Amazon store name.
Your marketplace country: Please select your Amazon store’s marketplace country.
IOSS number: The IOSS number of Amazon marketplace will not be synced automatically to Ship&co, so it requires Amazon sellers to add the Amazon's IOSS number here. For more information, please see this page.
Warehouse settings: If you have multiple shippers (warehouses) information in Ship&co, please select the default address to ship your Amazon orders.
Automatically fulfill the order on Amazon:
Enabling this setting will update the order status as "Shipped" on order page in Amazon Seller Central and synchronize the tracking number back to Amazon store at the time of shipping label creation in Ship&co. You also have an option of fulfilling the order from Ship&co at any time after shipping label creation. Please refer to this page for more information about the settings.
- Click Save.
- On Amazon Seller Central, authorize and click Confirm.
After the connection is completed, the order information is then synchronized to the Orders list. You are now ready to print shipping labels for your Amazon Orders.
Note: If you have multiple Amazon stores, you can connect them all to Ship&co by repeating these steps for each account. This allows you to manage all of your orders from a single dashboard, regardless of which Amazon account they originate from.
