After the Rakuten store is registered, order information is automatically synchronized every 10 minutes.
- Orders received within the last 30 days are automatically synchronized.
Rakuten Synchronized Order Status: “Payment has completed” or “Awaiting shipment”, or your customized status(es) which you have clicked on the store registration page.
- As long as the order has a customized status that is after “New Order” and before “Awaiting shipment”, it can be synchronized by having clicked the status on the store registration page.
- If the letters “~” are in the order, there is a possibility of corrupted characters. Please refrain from using “~” in your orders.
