How to ship your orders with Yamato Nekopos (Kuroneko Yu-Packet)

Please note:
＊ From October 1, 2023, Nekopos is gradually transitioning to Kuroneko Yu-Packet by region. This transition will be fully completed by the end of January 2025.

＊ When you select Nekopos (Kuroneko Yu-Packet) in Ship&co to issue a shipping label, a Nekopos label will be issued for regions that have not yet transitioned. For all other regions, a Kuroneko Yu-Packet label will be issued automatically.

Shipping Label Sheets (Please request these in advance from Yamato Transport):

• Thermal Exclusive Paper:
  • Continuous label type for Nekopos: Item No. 10230013
  • Continuous label type for Kuroneko Yu-Packet: Item No. 10230015
• Laser/Inkjet Common Paper:
  • A4 sheet type for Nekopos/Kuroneko Yu-Packet: Item No. 10220014

Label Issuance Steps:

1. Select Yamato Transport on the Order Page
   On the "Cargo Details" section, choose Nekopos (Kuroneko Yu-Packet) as the service name.

2. Edit Print Order if Necessary
   (Default is set to 1.)
   ＊ For Nekopos (Kuroneko Yu-Packet), delivery date preferences, quantities, and other optional settings are not supported. Any specifications you enter on the screen for these will not be reflected.

   ＊ The print order determines the starting position for printing on the label sheet. You can print up to six labels from the top-left to the bottom-right of the sheet.
   Example: If you select "2" as the print order, printing will start from position ②, as shown in the sample image below.
   

3. Click the Print Button
   Click the Print button in the bottom-right corner.
   
4. Label Issuance Completed
   The screen will change, indicating that the label issuance is complete.
