If you are using the Safari browser, when printing shipping labels from the Ship&co screen, please choose from the following methods:
- Print using Adobe Acrobat (Installation of Adobe Acrobat is required) (Recommended method)
- Print without using Adobe Acrobat
- Print using Adobe Acrobat (Installation of Adobe Acrobat is required) (Recommended method)
If you print using Adobe Acrobat, the printer icon will be displayed on the shipping label display screen, and you can easily issue shipping labels from there.
On the shipping label display screen (below), click ‘Install Adobe Acrobat’, or click here to open the Adobe Acrobat installation screen.
You will be taken to the Adobe Acrobat installation screen (as below). Please click ‘Download Now (今すぐダウンロード)’.

Once Adobe Acrobat has installed, in the unlikely event that the shipping label display screen turns white/blank, you must activate it via one of the following methods.
Method 1. If the screen shows the ‘Click to use Adobe Reader’ message, click on this.
Method 2. Go to the Safari Menu Bar → click on Safari → Preferences → Websites, and under ‘Plug-ins’, put a check next to ‘Adobe Reader’.
- Print without using Adobe Acrobat
You can print shipping labels without using Adobe Acrobat. If you click the displayed "pop out" icon, a new page will open from which you can print PDF shipping labels.
