You can change from one plan to another anytime from the Profile page on your Ship&co dashboard. From there, you can select your new plan.
Please note that any change in your plan generally goes into effect from the next billing cycle. Your existing plan will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, and the new plan comes into effect from the start of your next billing cycle.
However, in a case of changing from the Pay-as-You-Go Plan to one of the Monthly Value Plans, the change becomes effective immediately.
Ship&co does not offer refunds if you downgrade or cancel your plan.
