You can change your pricing plan anytime from the "Profile" section in the Ship&co dashboard. Simply select your desired new plan (monthly discount plan with the chosen shipment volume) and click "Change Plan."
Plan changes or cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active until the end of the ongoing billing cycle, and the new plan will be applied at the start of the next cycle.
Note: If switching from the "Pay-as-you-go Plan" (old, deprecated plan) to the "Monthly Discount Plan," the change will take effect immediately upon selection. Once switched to the "Monthly Discount Plan," you will not be able to revert to the "Pay-as-you-go Plan."
Please note that refunds are not available for plan downgrades or cancellations of the Monthly Discount Plan.
