Ship&co offers 3 types of pricing plans: Pay-as-You-Go Plan, Monthly Value Plan, and Tailored Plan.
For the Pay-as-You-Go Plan, payment is simply based on each shipment made. You get access to all our core features as well as all the customer support channels.
For the Monthly Value Plan, there is a monthly fee that entitles you to a corresponding shipment volume each month, depending on the volume you choose. You get a deep discount on the per shipment rate, with the discount increasing as higher shipment volumes are selected. There are several shipment volumes you can choose from, starting from 50 shipments per month.

Q. Are there any other fees?
A. No, there are no additional charges from Ship&co. You are responsible for shipping fees, insurance costs, and any extra fees that may be charged by carriers.
For Monthly Value Plans, if you ship more than the respective shipment volumes of your plan, you will be charged for the additional usage. But rest assured, you will simply pay the discounted rate for each additional shipment, and not any higher rate. We also don’t force you to upgrade to a higher plan - so you can ship with ease.
Q. When will I be billed?
A. You will be billed once a month, to your registered credit card. The day when you select your plan is the first day of your billing cycle. This applies to all new customers, as well as any existing customers who are migrating from any existing plan prior to March 21, 2019.
For the Pay-as-You-Go plan, you will be billed at the end of your monthly billing cycle, based on your actual shipment volumes for the month.
For the Monthly Value plan, you will be billed at the start of your monthly billing cycle for your monthly fees, and any additional usage for the month above your plan’s shipment volumes will be billed at the start of your next billing cycle.
