Pricing Plans Overview
Ship&co offers a flexible and cost-effective “Monthly Discount Plan” with multiple tiers to match different shipping needs.
Note: The "Pay-as-you-go Plan" is no longer available for new sign-ups as of Feb 10 2025. Customers who were already using the pay-as-you-go plan can continue for now, but if they switch to a monthly plan, they will not be able to revert to the pay-as-you-go model.
Ship&co's Monthly Discount Plan
This is a fixed-rate subscription plan based on the number of shipments you process per month. The higher the selected tier, the lower the per-shipment cost. You can choose from 50, 100, 200, 350, 500, 750, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, or 3,000 shipments per month. All Ship&co features and customer support are included in every plan.

If you ship around 100 shipments per month, it’s best to choose the 100-label plan ($17 USD), which covers your first 100 shipments. Any additional shipments beyond this will be charged at $0.17 USD per shipment.

To check your current pricing plan, go to the "Profile" section of your Ship&co dashboard.
FAQ
Q. Are there any other fees?
A. No additional fees are charged beyond your selected monthly plan. Shipping costs, insurance, carrier fees, and any other charges related to the carrier are handled directly between you and the carrier. Ship&co does not intervene or assume responsibility for these costs.
Q. What happens if I exceed or do not use all my shipments?
A. If you exceed your selected plan, you will be charged for the extra shipments at the discounted per-shipment rate of your plan. However, you will not be automatically upgraded to a higher plan. If you do not use all shipments in your plan, there is no refund for unused shipments.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept credit card payments only.
Q. Do you offer special plans for high-volume users?
A. We plan to revise our pricing structure in 2025. Further details will be announced when available.
