How to add IOSS Number when shipping Amazon orders in Ship&co

Since July 1, 2021, the EU has introduced the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) for B2C online transactions. Under this system, VAT is applied at the point of sale for consignments valued at €150 or less imported from outside the EU. The IOSS aims to simplify VAT declaration and payment processes.

With Ship&co, the IOSS number of Amazon marketplace is not synced automatically, so it requires Amazon sellers to add the Amazon's IOSS number in the Amazon Shops setting page.

Add IOSS Number When Shipping Amazon Orders in Ship&co

For those Amazon sellers who haven't set IOSS number inside Ship&co, follow these steps:

1. On the Shops page, click Edit on your Amazon store.
2. Add your Amazon IOSS number in IOSS number section. Please check the latest IOSS number provided by Amazon and register the IOSS number that corresponds to the country of your Amazon store.
3. Click Save.
