When orders are synced from online store to Order page of Ship&co app, if the essential information required to print a label is incomplete or including invalid characters, there will be a message: 'Invalid Order!', shown. In that case, you will not be able to print the label of that order unless you edit the order information. Please see the screenshot below for your reference about this error.
When this error occurs, there will be a message, 'Zip Code | One of the required field are missing or invalid.' shown. In order to solve this error and start printing the label for your order, please follow the step below;
- Click 'Edit' button in the Receiver menu in Order Page.
- Input the correct postal code for the shipping address
*In case of this error, the page will be grey as you can see from above photo, but you can still edit order information even in such condition.
