How to connect your Orange Connex account to ship with Ship&co

You can integrate your Orange Connex account with Ship&co to create SpeedPAK shipping labels for your eBay orders directly from Ship&co.

Important: Orange Connex SpeedPAK services are only available for eBay orders. They cannot be selected for orders from other platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.) or for manually created orders, or orders added by CSV.
 

Setup Process

3. Adding your Orange Connex account to Ship&co

Step 1: Creating an Orange Connex Account and Linking Your eBay Account

If you do not yet have an Orange Connex account, please follow the guidance here to create a new account (obtain your OCID) first. Account registration review takes 1–3 business days.

Once your Orange Connex account has been issued, you will need to log in to the Seller Portal and link your eBay account(s). At the same time, please also complete the ETD settings (optional) and payment method settings.

1. Linking your eBay account(s) — Please refer to STEP 1–STEP 2 (up to "連携完了の確認") in this guidance.
2. ETD settings (optional) — Please refer to STEP 3 in this guidance.
3. Payment method settings — Please refer to STEP 4 in this guidance.

Step 2: Obtaining the Key and Secret Key from the Orange Connex Seller Portal

The steps are as follows:

1. Log in to the Orange Connex SpeedPAK Seller Portal: https://ebay-jp.orangeconnex.com/login
2. Select My Center (マイ・センター) >> Authentication Management (認証管理) from the left menu.
3. Select "+ New Key" (新しいキー) on the screen that appears.
4. Copy the Key and Secret Key displayed on the screen

Step 3: Adding Your Orange Connex Account to Ship&co

1. Go to the "Carriers" screen in Ship&co: https://app.shipandco.com/settings/carriers.
2. Under "Add Carrier," select the Orange Connex icon.
3. In the settings window, fill in the following fields:
   • Name (optional): You can assign a name to identify your Orange Connex account within Ship&co. If left blank, "Orange Connex" will be used.
   • Key: Enter the key copied from the Seller Portal.
   • Secret Key: Enter the secret key copied from the Seller Portal.
4. If needed, select the Orange Connex packaging materials you frequently use. Once set, they can be called up as package options in the "Shipment Details" section of the order detail screen in Ship&co.
5. If needed, set the default values for the FedEx delivery signature option and DHL delivery signature option (both are typically paid options). When creating an Orange Connex label with a delivery signature option enabled on the Ship&co order detail screen, the default delivery signature option set here will be applied.
6. Electronic Trade Documents (ETD): If the required images have been uploaded in advance in the Orange Connex Seller Portal under "Carrier Settings" (運送会社設定) >> "Customize Commercial Invoice Image," you can enable FedEx ETD and DHL PLT through this setting.
7. Click Save.

Orange Connex Services Available in Ship&co

Once the integration is complete, Orange Connex services will appear in the list of available shipping services and estimated shipping rates, when creating labels for orders synced from eBay to Ship&co.

• SpeedPAK Economy — Economy service for US, UK, Germany, and Australia (8–12 business days) ＊Please also refer to the Japan Post QR Code and Pickup Service article.
• SpeedPAK FedEx — Express/Expedited service via FedEx (200+ countries, 1–3 business days)
• SpeedPAK DHL — Express/Expedited service via DHL (200+ countries, 1–3 business days)

*These services are only displayed for eBay orders. They will not appear for orders from other platforms.

Shipping Label Size Settings

Orange Connex labels created in Ship&co are based on the type pre-configured in the Orange Connex Seller Portal under "Carrier Settings" (運送会社設定) >> "Label Printer Settings." Please note that this is not something that can be configured within Ship&co.

Label settings available in the SpeedPAK Seller Portal:

• SpeedPAK FedEx: PDF (A4 plain paper / Thermal 4x6inch) or ZPL (Thermal 4x6inch)
• SpeedPAK DHL: PDF (A4 plain paper / Thermal 4x6inch / Thermal 4x8inch) or ZPL (Thermal 4x6inch)
• SpeedPAK Economy: PDF (A4 plain paper / Thermal 10x10cm)

Commercial Invoice

When you create shipping labels for SpeedPAK via Ship&co, a commercial invoice for customs clearance is generated automatically at the same time. Please check the following regarding how the commercial invoice is handled for each service:

• SpeedPAK FedEx:
  A FedEx-format invoice is generated automatically. However, if ETD is enabled for the shipment, printing and attaching the invoice to the parcel is not required, so you can ship with only the FedEx shipping label attached.
   
• SpeedPAK DHL:
  A DHL-format invoice is generated automatically. However, if PLT is enabled for the shipment, printing and attaching the invoice to the parcel is not required, so you can ship with only the DHL shipping label attached.
   
• SpeedPAK Economy:
  A Ship&co-format invoice is generated automatically, but there is no need to print it or attach it to the parcel. You can ship with only the shipping label attached. The invoice data required for customs clearance for SpeedPAK Economy is automatically processed and handled by Orange Connex via data transmission.
