Orders pushing through with Ship&co will not appear in your NinjaVan standalone account.
Any orders that come through Ship&co, to NinjaVan, are actually via a separate flow whereby the orders are coming through another account under Ship&co, due to the way our integration works.

Thus, Shippers would not be able to view the orders or pickups through your own NinjaVan account.
Not to worry though, the orders should still be going through and will still be trackable through the tracking numbers on NinjaVan website or on the Ship&co dashboard.
