If you have a DHL Express account, you can request ODD service to be enabled. Please contact your DHL Express account manager about it.
This will ensure that every shipment created using the account will receive ODD options via email / SMS on the receiver email / mobile.
When creating a DHL Express label in Ship&co, the consignee's email address is sent to DHL so the ODD service can be activated for this shipment.
Note that ODD is for B2C customers and not applicable for B2B shipments.
