Ship&co synchronizes automatically new orders from BASE every 15 minutes that are ready to be shipped (status: 未対応).
The above order status "未対応" includes the following orders:
- Ordered by credit card payment, mobile carrier payment, or PayPal payment
- Paid via bank transfer, or convenience store payment*
- Ordered by post-paid payment (payment after delivery)
*Bank transfer / convenience store payment orders become “入金待ち” at first, and will not be synchronized to Ship&co until they are paid. They will be synchronized after the status is changed to “未対応” after payment.

When you register your BASE store for the first time, the order data for the past month will be synchronized to Ship&co. After that, as long as the order status in BASE is "未対応", they will be displayed in Ship&co's "Orders" page.
If you re-add your BASE store (deleting the store and then re-add it in the “Stores” page), the link between your store and Ship&co will be removed once, so when re-adding, orders within one month from the current day will be displayed in the "Orders" page.
