Please Note:
In order to have your associated estimate rates and fees displayed in Ship&co based on your contract with UPS, it is necessary to have the setting "Display Contract Rates via Web or API" completed for the relevant UPS account number on the UPS side. Typically, this setting is configured based on requests made by the shipper to the UPS sales representative. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make this arrangement in advance through your designated UPS contact.
If the above-mentioned setting has not been applied to the UPS account number, the tariff charges for the shipper's country (generally indicated in the UPS Service Guide) will be displayed in Ship&co.
