How to Connect Next Engine to Ship&co

If you manage your online store using Next Engine, you can connect Next Engine to Ship&co by following the steps below.

1. Go to the "Shops" Page in the Ship&co app and click the "Next Engine" icon to add a new shop.

2. Name to display for this account
Please name the Next Engine store for management purposes in Ship&co.

3. Warehouse settings
If you have multiple warehouses set up in Ship&co, please select one to use for the Next Engine store by default.

4. Sync Settings
"Automatically fulfill the order on Next Engine":
If you have this setting on, at the same timing of your creating shipping labels in Ship&co, the order status in Next Engine will be automatically updated as "Shipped," and the tracking number will also be displayed. If you disable this setting, you can update the status manually at your convenience.

5. Click “Save.”

6. Enter the login information of the Next Engine account you want to link.

After the connection is completed, if there are already unshipped orders in Next Engine, please make sure they appear on the Orders page in Ship&co.

Any new orders created going forward will be imported automatically.
