How to Download Shipment Data (CSV) from Ship&co

For Ship&co users who wish to keep a record of their shipments, we provide an option to download shipment data in CSV format directly from our platform. This feature can be especially useful for accounting, reporting, or data analysis.

Steps to Download:

1. Go to Shipments page.

2. On the left menu, locate and click on the Shipments tab.

3. Apply Filters or Select Date Range.
   Note: Before downloading, you can either apply at least one filter to narrow down the data you want or select a date range. Filter options include:

   • By tracking number or order number (Tracking number search by default)
   • By Shipping Countries
   • By Carriers
   • By Stores
   • Date: Select date range from (From) and (to) field.
4. Click 'Export CSV' button.
5. On File Export window, click 'Download file' button.

The CSV file containing your shipment data will be downloaded to your computer

Important Notes:

• Only shipments from the last 60 days are available for download.
• Make sure to review the data for accuracy, especially if you've applied multiple filters.
