Compatible Versions and Order Synchronization
All versions from Magento 2.1.x and above are supported.
Synchronization Timing
When you first connect your Magento store to Ship&co, Ship&co will import orders created within the past month. There is no limit on the number of orders. After that, orders are automatically synchronized every 10 minutes.
Magento Orders Synced to Ship&co
Orders are automatically synced to Ship&co when they meet both of the following conditions:
- Order status/state:
processing(exact match — custom statuses are not supported) - Payment must be recorded: the order's
total_paidvalue in Magento must be greater than 0
Note: orders paid by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or other methods where payment is not immediately confirmed may not sync until total_paid is updated in Magento.
Shipment and Tracking Callback
When you create a label in Ship&co, shipment information and tracking numbers are automatically sent back to Magento. No additional webhook or API configuration is required.
Troubleshooting: Orders Not Syncing
- The order status in Magento is exactly
processing(custom statuses mapped to the processing state are not supported) - The order has a recorded payment (
total_paidis greater than 0) - Your Magento API access token is still valid — if unsure, try re-entering it in Ship&co settings
- New orders may take up to 10 minutes to appear after being placed
