How to connect PrestaShop to Ship&co?

PrestaShop is an open-source e-commerce platform that helps merchants create online shops easily. Ship&co integrates with PrestaShop and helps online merchants ship faster and easier.

Connect PrestaShop to Ship&co

To connect PrestaShop to Ship&co, follow these steps:

1. On the Shops page, click on the PrestaShop icon.
   
   
2. Input the necessary information:
   ・Name to display for this account: you can name your shop as you like to manage it in Ship&co
   ・Enter the shop URL: enter your PrestaShop shop URL.
   ・Enter the API key: for details on how to obtain an API key, click here.
   ・Orders States: If you tick "I want to set up my order states," you can select the states you want to sync with Ship&co from the customized order states you have configured in PrestaShop.
   ・Select warehouse (sender) information for the store: If you have several warehouse addresses saved in Ship&co, choose which one you would like to use by default for your PrestaShop orders.
   ・Sync Settings: If you tick "Automatically fulfill the order on Prestashop": As soon as a shipping label is issued, the order page status on the PrestaShop admin screen will change to “shipped.” However, the tracking number will not be transmitted.
   You can also choose to manually fulfill orders from Ship&co after creating a shipping label. Learn more about these settings from here.
   
   
3. Click Save.

Now, your PrestaShop is successfully added to Ship&co. The order information will be synchronized to the Orders list.
