Ship&co now supports Seino Transportation (西濃運輸), enabling users to make shipping labels for Seino directly from the Ship&co dashboard.
What You Need Before Getting Started with Seino in Ship&co
To connect your Seino account, you will need the following credentials:

API Authentication Code (API認証キー)
Please directly contact your Seino Transportation sales representative and request that they issue an API authentication key, stating that you would like to integrate with Ship&co. After Seino completes their internal procedures, the key is typically issued and provided to the shipper within 2 to 3 business days. -
Shipper Code (荷送人コード)
In most cases, the shipper code is issued by Seino Transportation in the form of a phone number after a shipping contract is concluded. Please note that this code may differ from your KM2 login ID and is always issued with 11 digits or fewer. If you are unsure about your shipper code, please contact your Seino representative.
Note: You must have a shipping contract with Seino in order to obtain these credentials.
How to Register Your Seino Account
- Log in to your Ship&co dashboard.
- Go to Carriers in the left menu.
- Click Add a new Carrier and select the Seino logo.
- In the popup:
- Name to display: Input a name that you would like to use for the Seino account in Ship&co (optional, max 15 characters).
- API authentication code
- Shipper code
- Click Save to complete the setup.

Additional Notes about Seino Integration
- You can register multiple (up to 3) Seino Transportation accounts under a single Ship&co account. If you have multiple Seino contracts under the same shipper, a single API key can be used to register all associated accounts in Ship&co.
- Ship&co supports only the issuance of Seino Transportation's A5 flat hybrid (A5フラット原票ハイブリッド) shipping labels in PDF format. To ensure proper printing, please check the following settings in your Seino account:
MySeino (マイセイノー) > Kangaroo Magic II (カンガルーマジックll) > Customer Configuration Management [Basic Settings] (お客様設定管理「基本設定」) > Condensed Document Printing Method [Waybill] (省略帳票類印字方法「送り状」) - make sure to select: “A5フラット原票ハイブリッド (青)”. If you select a different option, the label PDF generated using Ship&co may not print correctly.
- The upper-right section of the shipping label will be printed blank. Printing product details or promotional messages in this area is not supported.
- Please make pickup requests directly with Seino Transportation.
- "Shipment Confirmation" (出荷指示) or "Shipment Report Creation" (出荷明細の作成) are not supported in Ship&co.
