Steps to Connect Mirakl to Ship&co

Access Mirakl Integration
- Go to the Ship&co store page and click on the Mirakl logo.

Set Default Warehouse Address
- Select the default warehouse address you will use for printing shipping labels and syncing settings.

Authorize Sync with Mirakl
- Click 'Save,' and you will be redirected to the Mirakl page. Select your store and accept the sync between Ship&co and Mirakl.

View Unfulfilled Orders
- After authorizing the sync, you will be redirected back to Ship&co. Your unfulfilled orders will now appear on the Ship&co orders page.
By completing the setup as described above, any new orders with the status "To Ship" (発送待ち) will automatically sync to the "Orders" screen in Ship&co. You’ll be able to seamlessly manage shipping and fulfillment for your Mirakl store within Ship&co.

Incomplete or Incorrect Order Data
Please be aware that the following types of order data, if synced to Ship&co, will result in errors when generating shipping labels:
・Mismatch between the recipient's postal code and address (e.g., an invalid postal code or an incomplete address)
→ Please edit the "Receiver" section directly in the Ship&co order screen and save it with the correct information.
・Missing recipient phone number
→ A phone number is a required field for generating shipping labels. Please ensure that a valid phone number is collected at checkout on your storefront.

Notes on Split Shipments
When a single order contains multiple items and they are shipped at different times or via different shipping services, you can create separate shipping labels in Ship&co and mark each shipment as fulfilled individually (see here for details on the split shipment feature). However, please note that if items are manually marked as shipped directly in the Mirakl interface instead of through Ship&co, that shipping status will not be synchronized back to Ship&co. As a result, those items will remain unshipped within Ship&co.

When Voiding an Issued Label
If you void a shipping label in Ship&co after it has already been issued and the order status has been updated to “Shipped” in Mirakl, the order will reappear in Ship&co under the “Orders List” screen. However, the order status in Mirakl will remain as “Shipped (出荷済)” and cannot be reverted back to “To Ship (発送待ち).” If you issue a new label for the same order, please manually update the tracking information in your Mirakl admin panel accordingly.
