Description: Simplify and speed up shipping for your Amazon FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders using Ship&co, a multi-carrier shipping solution. Ship&co supports all Amazon marketplaces, including Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com, Amazon.de, Amazon.co.jp, and more. Here’s how to seamlessly connect your Amazon store to Ship&co.
To sync your Amazon orders with Ship&co, your Amazon account must be on the Professional selling plan. The Individual plan is not supported.
Steps to Connect Amazon Marketplace to Ship&co
1. Go to the "Shops" Page in Ship&co:
Click on the Amazon icon.
2. Fill in the Information:
- Store Name: Enter a name for your Amazon store to manage it in Ship&co. This is useful for filtering orders if you manage multiple stores.
- Marketplace Country: Select the country for your Amazon store (e.g., Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com).
- Warehouse Settings: Select the default shipping address (warehouse) for this store’s orders.
3. Sync Settings:
- Automatically Fulfill on Amazon: Enable this to update the order status as “Shipped” on Amazon Seller Central and sync tracking numbers back to Amazon after creating a shipping label in Ship&co. Alternatively, you can fulfill orders manually from Ship&co at any time. Learn more about sync settings.
4. Save & Authorize:
Click “Save.” On Amazon Seller Central, authorize the connection and click “Confirm.”
What Happens Next?
Once connected, your Amazon orders will automatically sync to the Orders list in Ship&co, ready for shipping label creation.
