How to renew Yahoo! Shopping token

Yahoo! Shopping’s store connection validity period is 12 hours. After that 12 hours, you will receive a message on the Orders list page prompting you to update your token. If you're using Ship&co to ship your Yahoo! Shopping orders, you need to renew your Yahoo! Shopping token.

To renew Yahoo! Shopping token in Ship&co, follow these steps:

1. On the Orders page, click Renew Token on the warning message appeared. 
   Waring message: Your token is expired, please click on the Renew Token button to create a new one or we will not be able to import or update you orders. 
   
   
2. On Yahoo website, login with the Yahoo account associated with the registered Seller ID.

Once you log in to Yahoo! Shopping again, the reconnection process will be complete, and synchronization will resume.

Note: When the connection is lost due to the expired token, the synchronization of order information will stop until you update the authentication token next time.
