Synchronization Timing

Ship&co syncs Yahoo! Shopping orders every 15 minutes. Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for your order to be reflected in the order list on Ship&co after receiving the order.

Yahoo! Shopping Orders Status synced to Ship&co

By default, Ship&co automatically syncs the Yahoo! Shopping orders, created within a month, with following statuses:

• Paid 「支払済」
• Unshipped「未発送」
• Waiting for Payment「入金待ち」

After creating a shipping label, if you have set Automatically fulfill the order on Yahoo! Shopping in your Yahoo! Shopping shop's sync setting as ON, the order status on Yahoo! Shopping will be changed to Waiting for completion (注文完了待ち) status at the time of shipping label creation in Ship&co. If the sync setting is set as OFF, the order status will be changed to Waiting for completion (注文完了待ち) status when you manually click the Fulfill button in Ship&co.

Please update the order status to Completed (注文完了) in the Yahoo! Shopping order management → Order processing status → Waiting for completion screen. Otherwise, there is a possibility that the order may remain in the Orders page on Ship&co.
