Ship&co Status Page
You can always reference to our Ship&co Status page, status.shipandco.com, for the latest system condition and the most up-to-date information about the status of Ship&co application, app.shipandco.com. In this page, you could find information of Ship&co Dashboard Uptime, Ship&co Dashboard Response time, Ship&co API Uptime, and Ship&co API Response time, as well as a notice for the service incidents from Ship&co team. During the incident, we will share the important notice and our progress on solving the issue.
Ship&co Twitter
We utilize our main social media platform which is an @shipandco_en Twitter account to actively notify our users about any incident and system update from Ship&co. Moreover, we will provide an update of incident until the system is fully recovered.

When you experience difficulty logging into your Ship&co account, slow response, or other service issues, our support teams are ready to assist you. Please drop an email to hello@shipandco.com with a question, and if possible, screenshot of the service incident you are experiencing and your Ship&co login email address.
