Are there any size/weight restriction and necessary documents for EMS shipment

There is a size and weight limit for EMS shipment. However, it varies depending on the country/region of destination.

For example, here are the size and weight limit for shipping to the US. When creating shipping label for shipment to the US, if the weight of parcel exceed 30kg, the error message will be displayed.

Note:

• For international postal services, including EMS, package size information is not included as part of the data when creating shipping labels. As a result, even if the entered package dimensions exceed the allowed limits in the Ship&co interface, an EMS shipping label may still be issued without an error. (An error will occur if the entered weight exceeds the permitted limit.)
