Adding orders data with a CSV file into Ship&co

CSV File Guide:

1. Order Name: Required data entry: order number (if you are buying multiple pieces, please fill in the order number for all items) 

2. Currency Code: Required data entry: currency code (format: ISO alpha-3 (3 digits)) 

3. Recipient Province: Optional data entry (if the country has states/provinces etc): code of the state/province (format: ANSI standard (2 letters). Example: California= CA, New South Wales= NSW
If there is no states/provinces code (e.g. Japan), please input the province/prefecture name.

4. Recipient Country Code: Required data entry: country code (format: ISO alpha-2 (2 digits))

5. Recipient ZIP: Required data entry: zip code (for countries without zip code (Hong Kong, Ireland etc), please enter 000 in lieu of the zip code)

6. Recipient First Name: Optional data entry: recipient’s first name (max 35 letters)

7. Recipient Last Name: Required data entry: recipient’s last name (max 35 letters)

8. Recipient Phone: Required data entry: recipient’s phone number (up to 10 digits)

9. Recipient Address 1: Required data entry: recipient’s address (up to 35 letters). Japan Post: no language specification; DHL: only half-width English alphabet characters only. 

10. Recipient City: Optional data entry: name of the recipient’s city (max 30 letters) 

11. Recipient Company: Optional data entry: name of the recipient company (max 30 letters; if the Recipient Last Name is left blank, this field MUST BE FILLED IN).

12. Date: Optional data entry: order date

13. Recipient Mail: Optional data entry: email address of the recipient (max 30 letters)

14. Recipient Address 2: Optional data entry: Recipient Address 2 (max 35 letters). Japan Post: no language specification; DHL: only half-width English alphabet characters only.

15. Product Description: Required data entry: product/brand name  

16. Product Quantity: Required data entry: product quantity

17. Product Price: Required data entry: product price (format: xxxx.xx (example: 3450.00))

18. Product HS Code: Optional data entry: product HS code (6-15 digits)

19. Product HS Description: Optional data entry: description of the product’s HS code (material properties of the goods)

20. Product Country Code: Optional data entry: production country's code (if it is left blank, it will become ‘Japan’).

21. Parcel Width: Optional data entry: parcel width (eg: 20)

22. Parcel Height: Optional data entry: parcel height (eg: 15)

23. Parcel Length: Optional data entry: parcel length (eg: 30)

24. Parcel Weight: Optional data entry: parcel weight (eg: 1200)

25. Parcel Amount: Optional data entry: number of parcels (eg: 3)

26. Signature: Optional data entry: request signature at the delivery (if this is left blank, signature request box will be ticked).

27. Delivery Duty: Optional data entry: delivery duty (if it is left blank, DDU ▫ ).  For Incoterms, （DDP = ☑ , DDU = ▫  )

28. Discount: Optional data entry: discount:  if it is left blank, it is without a discount. You can indicate the discount rate % (0~100)

• If there are several products in one order, only the following items will be required from the second line: OrderName, ProductDescription, ProductQuantity, ProductPrice
• There is no provision for the CVS file name to be inputted.

29. Insurance Amount: Optional data entry

30. ShippingMethod: Optional data entry. Name of Shipping Method, carrier service.

31. ShippingFee: Optional data entry. Shipping cost value.
