In Japan, it is very common that people order something online to send someone a gift, and they request the seller to have their name displayed as the "Sender" on the shipping label.
Unfortunately, the buyer's address/contact information is not included in the data that shops send to Ship&co via current system integration, therefore it is not possible to automatically include it on the shipping label. (For Shopify users, you can use the tool introduced here to automatically display the gift sender's name on the shipping label.)
Below is a method to do this manually.
1. Add the buyer's address/contact information of the particular order to the "Warehouses" page
2. When creating a shipping label, select the buyer's address from the drop-down menu under "Sender" on the order screen
By doing the above, instead of your own warehouse information, you can reflect the information of the buyer (gift requester) in the "Sender" field on the label.
If you know that the buyer is going to shop in the same style again in the future, it would be convenient to leave his/her contact information on the "Warehouses" page even after shipping the particular order. But if not, please delete it from the "Warehouses" page in order to protect personal data and keep the page tidy.
