If you have multiple orders in Ship&co that don't need to be shipped or if you've accidentally added orders via CSV upload to your order list, you can delete them in bulk using the following steps:
- Access the bulk delete function
Navigate to your Order List and click on the red trash can icon located on the right side of the page. - Select orders to delete
You can select orders in several ways:- Click on the checkbox next to each order name to select individual orders
- Click on the checkbox at the top to select all orders displayed on the current page (up to 50 orders)
- Use the filter options at the top of the page to narrow down specific orders before selecting them
- Delete selected orders
Once you've selected the orders you want to delete, click the "Delete orders" button. - Confirm deletion
A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click the green "Delete" button to permanently delete the selected orders.

This action cannot be undone. Please ensure you've selected the orders correctly before confirming the deletion.
