After registering your eBay store, order information is automatically synchronized every 10 minutes.
 

eBay Orders Status synced to Ship&co

By default, Ship&co automatically syncs the Paid and Unshipped orders from eBay.

Please note that eBay orders with the following statuses are NOT synchronized to Ship&co:

• Unpaid
• Shipped
• Partially Refunded

Note: eBay orders with Partially Refunded is where eBay seller returns some of what the customer paid for an item, not the full sum. Ship&co currently does not support this status due eBay system specification. However, we plan to support this as soon as it is available in eBay API.
 

eBay Ship By Date

eBay's "Ship By Date" is synchronized to Ship&co as part of the order data. It is displayed in the header section of the Ship&co order screen, directly below the order number.
