With Ship&co's usage-based billing system, you no longer need to select or change plans. Your billing automatically adjusts based on your actual monthly usage.
Accessing the Billing Portal
To manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing information:
- Go to your Ship&co "Profile" page
- In the "Ship&co Subscription" section, click the "Manage subscription" button
- You'll be redirected to the Ship&co Billing Portal (powered by Stripe)
What You Can Do in the Billing Portal
View Current Subscription Details
The billing portal shows your:
- Next billing date: When your next invoice will be generated

Next estimated payment: Projected amount based on your current usage
Click "View details" to see the breakdown of per-label fees and infrastructure fee for your billing period. (If no labels have been created during the period yet, this information will not be displayed.)
Manage Payment Methods
In the "Payment Method" section, you can:
- View your current credit card on file
- Add a new credit card
- Set a default payment method
- Remove your old credit card
Update Billing Information
Click "Update information" in the "Billing Information" section to update the followings. Please ensure that the information entered is always accurate and up to date. (The information entered or updated here will be reflected from your next billing.)
- Billing name (your company's name, brand's name, store name, etc)
- Email address for billing notifications and invoices
- Billing address
- Phone number
- Tax ID (if applicable for your country)
View Invoice History
The "Invoice History" section shows all your past invoices with:
- Invoice date
- Amount charged
- Payment status (Paid, Pending, etc.)
Click on any invoice to view the detailed breakdown or download a PDF copy.
Understanding Your Next Estimated Payment
When you click "View details" under "Your next estimated payment," you'll see a detailed breakdown:

Per Label Fee: Tiered pricing breakdown showing how many labels you've created in each pricing tier
Example: "First 50 — Qty 50 × ¥22 each = ¥1,100" -
Infrastructure Fee: Fixed monthly fee based on your total usage tier
Example: "Flat fee = ¥3,300" (for 51-1,000 shipments tier) - Total: Sum of per-label fees and infrastructure fee
- Applied account balance: Any credits from your account (such as refunds from the previous billing system transition) that will be automatically applied to reduce your payment
- Next estimated payment: Final amount that will be charged to your payment method (Total minus any account balance)
Important: This is an estimate based on your current usage in the billing cycle. Your actual invoice may differ depending on how many additional labels you create before your billing date.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your Ship&co subscription:
- In the Billing Portal, click the "Cancel subscription" button (located in the top-right corner of the "Current Subscription" section)
- Confirm the cancellation in the dialog that appears
- Your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing period (You may revoke the cancellation before the end of the billing cycle by clicking “Don't cancel subscription” in the billing portal.)
- You will be charged for:
- All shipping labels created up to the end of your billing period
- The infrastructure fee for your usage tier
- After your billing period ends:
- You will no longer be able to create new shipping labels
- You will no longer be able to view your past billing history (Access to the billing portal will no longer be available)
- You can still access your Ship&co account and view the shipping labels you've created in the past 60 days
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by returning to the "Profile" page and clicking "Subscribe"
