How Ship&co billing works

Ship&co uses a transparent usage-based billing model. You are charged based on your actual usage each month, without needing to select a fixed plan in advance.

Your monthly bill consists of two components:

1. Per-label fee: Based on the actual number of shipping labels created in Ship&co during your billing cycle
2. Infrastructure fee: A fixed monthly fee based on your usage tier
    

Free Trial

New Ship&co users receive a 30-day free trial from the date of account registration. During this period, you can use all Ship&co features without restrictions, and create shipping labels without any charges or adding your credit card information. After the trial ends, you will need to add a credit card to subscribe.
 

Pricing Structure

1. Per Label Fee (Tiered Pricing)

Charges are applied progressively based on your usage, according to the rates defined for each tier:

2. Infrastructure Fee

*If a subscription is active, the minimum monthly infrastructure fee will be charged even if no shipping labels are created during your billing cycle.
 

Billing Examples

Example 1: 35 shipping labels in your billing cycle (JPY):

• 35 labels at ¥22 = ¥770
• Infrastructure fee (tier: 0–50) = ¥1,100
• Total: ¥1,870 (tax included)

Example 2: 548 shipping labels in your billing cycle (JPY):

• 50 labels at ¥22 = ¥1,100
• 498 labels at ¥18 = ¥8,964
• Infrastructure fee (tier: 51–1,000) = ¥3,300
• Total: ¥13,364 (tax included)

Example 3: 1,600 shipping labels in your billing cycle (JPY):

• 50 labels at ¥22 = ¥1,100
• 950 labels at ¥18 = ¥17,100
• 600 labels at ¥15 = ¥9,000
• Infrastructure fee (tier: 1,001–3,000) = ¥5,500
• Total: ¥32,700 (tax included)
   

Managing Your Subscription

Please subscribe from the “Profile” page. Once subscribed, you will be able to manage your usage, edit billing information, review billing history, and manage your payment methods through the Ship&co billing portal.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle is set as a one-month period from the date you start your paid subscription (if you subscribe during your free trial, your billing cycle starts after the free trial ends), and charges will be generated on the same day each month.
