We understand that circumstances may change, and if you decide to cancel your Ship&co account, we would like to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Please follow the steps below:
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel your Ship&co subscription:
- Go to your "Profile" page in the app
- Click "Manage subscription"
- Click "Cancel subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
Important Note for Shopify users: Ship&co does not use Shopify billing, so it is important to cancel your subscription directly in Ship&co if you no longer wish to be billed by us. Un-installing Ship&co App will not cancel your subscription.
After canceling your subscription, you will no longer be able to create shipping labels once the billing period ends. However, you will still have full access to your account and can subscribe again later.
If You Want to Completely Stop Using Ship&co
If you want to completely stop using Ship&co, we suggest you also:
- Delete your store(s): Go to the "Shops" page in Ship&co and delete the store(s) associated with your account

Delete your carrier(s): Go to the "Carriers" page in Ship&co and delete the carrier(s) associated with your account
Deleting All Your Data
If you wish to permanently delete your Ship&co account and all associated data, please contact our support team.
Important: Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 3 months after you submit the request. This action is irreversible.
