We understand that circumstances may change, and if you decide to cancel your Ship&co account, we want to make the process as hassle-free as possible.
Please follow the steps below to cancel your account:
1. Cancelling your Subscription:
To cancel your Ship&co subscription, go to your billing settings. Simply navigate to Dashboard → Profile → Subscription Area, and click on 'Cancel'.
Note for Shopify Sellers: Ship&co does not use Shopify billing, so it is important to cancel your subscription directly in Ship&co if you no longer wish to be billed.
Please be aware that any monthly payments you have already made are nonrefundable, and you will not receive credits for future use, as per our Services Agreement.
After cancelling your plan, you will no longer be able to create shipping labels once the billing period ends. However, you will still have full access to your account.
2. Delete Your Store(s):
On the Shops page in Ship&co, delete the store(s) associated with your account.
3. Delete Your Carrier(s):
On the Carriers page in Ship&co, delete the carrier(s) associated with your account.
Deleting All Your Data:
If you wish to permanently delete your account, including all associated data, please contact us. Please note that this action is irreversible, and your account will be deleted within 3 months after you initiate the request.
