Under Ship&co's usage-based billing system, you are charged based on two components:
- Per-label fee: Charged on a tiered basis according to the number of shipping labels actually created in Ship&co
- Infrastructure fee: A monthly fee based on your usage volume
If you create shipping label(s): You will be charged for the number of labels created plus the infrastructure fee for your usage tier.
If you don't create any shipping labels in your billing cycle: You will only be charged the minimum infrastructure fee (¥1,100 / $8 / €7) to maintain your active subscription.
If you void a shipment: Once a shipping label is created, it counts toward your monthly usage even if the label is voided or not used for shipping. This is because the label generation process has already been completed.
Please note that shipping fees charged by your carrier will only apply if the package is actually shipped. Simply creating a shipping label does not result in carrier postage charges.
