Following an outage of the system, we have limited searches for orders on the /orders page. It is necessary to respect case sensitivity (upper/lowercase) when searching for an order number. This measure is temporary and should ensure better performance for using Ship&co.
If your store's order is "D34523", searching for "d34523" will not give any result.
We understand the inconvenience caused by this measure; nevertheless, it aims to enable using Ship&co for its primary function, creating shipping labels, under better conditions.
