1. eBay and IOSS number:
If you sell on eBay and have some shipments for the European Union, you have no setup to do on your side. Ship&co will get eBay's IOSS number from eBay's system and use it whenever it is required. Please check out here, too. Also, see below for details about the shipping carrier(s) you are using in Ship&co.
Please note:
・For IOSS to the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), which is not an EU member state, the automatic synchronisation from eBay for the IOSS number is available only when shipping via Japan Post international shipping services. If you are shipping to the UK with other carriers and requiring IOSS compliance, we kindly request that you manually input the IOSS number in the Ship&co order screen.
2. Amazon Marketplaces and IOSS number
Amazon sellers need to add their IOSS number inside their Amazon Store window setup on Ship&co.
Go to the Stores page, click on edit next to your Amazon Store and add the IOSS number that Amazon gave you in seller central for orders to ship to Europe.
There is one different IOSS number per marketplace country.
