Tax ID Support for eBay Sellers on Ship&co (IOSS, VOEC, SST, ABN, IRD)

Ship&co simplifies international shipping by automatically handling eBay tax IDs for your shipments.

We continuously update our system to support more tax IDs whenever possible.

Below is an overview of the supported tax IDs for each carrier:

JapanPost International

Ship&co supports the following tax IDs for JapanPost International shipments:

• IOSS (EU): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the EU.

• IOSS (UK): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the UK.

• VOEC, SST, ABN, IRD: Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to Norway, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand respectively.

UPS

For UPS shipments, Ship&co supports:

• IOSS (EU): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the EU.

• VOEC: Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to Norway.

DHL

For DHL shipments, Ship&co supports:

• IOSS (EU): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the EU.

FedEx

For FedEx shipments, Ship&co supports:

• IOSS (EU): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the EU.

Pegasus Global Express

For Pegasus Global Express shipments, Ship&co supports:

• IOSS (EU): Automatically retrieved and applied for shipments to the EU.

Key Notes

• Confidentiality: The IOSS number is not displayed on the shipping label as it's not intended to be public information. There's no need to manually add it to the address field.

• Automation: No manual setup is required to enable these features on Ship&co.

• Discrepancies: If buyers are incorrectly billed for VAT / TAX despite payment on eBay, provide the eBay order receipt to the carrier as proof.
