Error message: the zip code of the addressee and the address do not match (Yu-Pack, Yu-Packet, Sagawa Express)
When shipping orders in Shopify’s store, if the above error occurs, please follow the steps below.
There may be a problem with the destination address of the order to be synchronized from Shopify.
- Please re-enter the tracking number via clicking the edit button next to the destination address in the order.
- Since the full address (including up to the house number) will be displayed, please manually enter the address once again (the field following the house number). After this has been completed, try once again to issue the shipping label.
