If you see the message "Couldn't load plugin" when trying to print a shipping label in Ship&co, the most common cause is a Chrome browser setting that forces PDFs to be downloaded rather than opened directly in the browser.
To fix this, type chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments in your Chrome address bar and press Enter. Make sure the option "Open PDFs in Chrome" is selected (not "Download PDFs"). Once changed, return to Ship&co and try printing your label again.
If the issue persists after changing this setting, please try the following additional steps: clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your computer, or try opening Ship&co in an incognito window to rule out any browser extension conflicts.
