Customers who use Openlogi

If you wish to ship with DHL using Openlogi, please first register with Ship&co and complete some necessary settings. Here are the details.

1. Create a Ship&co account by adding your email address and password

2. Initial settings

Step 3: Your DHL account

- Select the DHL icon and register only one DHL account that you use for shipping with Openlogi.

Step 4 is not necessary in this case. Please click the "skip initial settings" button at the bottom right of the page.

3. Shipper's signature image

Please upload an image file of your signature at the "Commercial Invoice preferences" section on the "Settings" page. By doing this, you will be able to make DHL's Paperless Trade (PLT) labels, which will no longer require a paper invoice when shipping.

- Only JPEG, JPG, or PNG file is available.
- An image file should be smaller than 1MB.

4. Obtain an API token and inform Openlogi

Create an API token at the bottom of the "API" page, copy the text and inform Openlogi of the token.

5. Subscribe and add your credit card information

Please subscribe and register your credit card information on the "Profile" page. For the details of Ship&co's subscription and billing, please check here.

* There is a 30-day free trial period after registering your account. Even if you add your credit card information while you are on the trial, please be assured that you will not be billed for the Ship&co usage fee until the trial period ends.
