Q. Which shipping companies can issue shipping labels?
A. At present (2019.4), shipping labels can be issued for: DHL, FedEx, UPS, International Mail (EMS, ePacket, small package), Australia Post, SF Express, Japan Post (Yu-Pack), Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport.
Q. Is the shipping fee cheaper if I issue a shipping labels with Ship&co?
A. The shipping fee is stated in the contract between the customer and the shipping company. There is no discounted price for shipping labels issued by Ship&co.
Q. Do I need a contract with the shipping company?
A. Yes. Before you use Ship&co, you must make a contract with each shipping company.
- ⚠️For international post, bring-your-own (bring the parcel by yourself to the shipping center), or cash options, a contract is unnecessary.
Q. If I have multiple codes (accounts) with the same carrier, can I register all of them with Ship&co?
A. At present, (2019.4), you can register multiple codes for the same carrier only with DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Other companies cannot perform this function.
Q. How do I print out shipping labels?
A. You can print shipping labels using an inkjet printer, laser printer, or thermal printer.
Q. Where can I get the pouch to be put on the cargo?
A. In regards to this matter, please contact each shipping company directly.
Q. Can I create a postponement delivery slip (deferred payment) for Japan Post automatically?
A. Yes, after you register your Customer's Card (Yubin Biz Card) number on the account page, it is possible to automatically create a postponement delivery slip (deferred payment).
